I would not go back. The staff was fine although there was much confusion on scheduling. I showed up three times to have a crown put in. The first time it had not arrived yet and I was not notified prior to arriving. The second time, I was there but the Dr. was NOT. The third time the dr accused me of showing up whenever I felt like to have it put in place which was not the case. A appointment has been scheduled each time. And then he proceeded to go off on me repeatedly while working in my mouth so I couldn’t speak. Additionally berating his staff repeatedly on each visit in front of patients. His attitude was unacceptable, rude, bombastic and full of arrogance. The work done was fine but the atmosphere was not. If you can go somewhere else DO!.

I love supporting Black practicioners, and Dr. Wicks was great! The office was also nice. The dental hygienist (the person who does the cleaning) at my visit was very rough, though, so I haven't decided if I will be going back.
