About Dr. Adrian Pulkrabek

Doctor Pulkrabek was born and raised in Minnesota until he made Arizona his new home. He enjoys the outdoors, camping, and hiking. As a youth, he was an Eagle Scout, the highest award in Boy Scouts. He was also active in sports and became a state competitor in high school wrestling.
Dr. Pulkrabek attended the University of Minnesota, one of the nation’s premier dental schools in Minneapolis, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He graduated in 1996 and moved to Arizona, where he has been providing excellent care for his dental patients’ needs ever since.
Dr. Pulkrabek and his staff treat patients of all ages, with services tailored to Cosmetic Dentistry. He enjoys the satisfaction of putting a gleaming smile on a patient’s face.
Dr. Pulkrabek has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Society since 1996.

Dr Pulkrabek was awesome. They worked with me to get me in for an emergency extraction and I was able to get it done same day. He educated me along the way, keeping me informed on what he was doing and how much of the tooth was gone. He also was very patient when I needed to be numbed twice during the extraction. When he was done he made sure that I was feeling okay and I was able to sit in the patient chair for as long as I needed because I did feel a little faint. He sent my prescriptions electronically and they were ready before I even left the office. Terry, at the front desk, called me and took multiple calls from me before my appointment so I knew what to expect. I did not feel judged or embarrassed and really felt like they listened to me and my concerns. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I have already made another appointment for follow up care and scheduled my fiance a new patient appointment as well.

The dentist and staff were very kind and friendly. I’ve had a different dentist who I believe was just trying to get money and was doing unnecessary filings. This dentist explained each thing needed and made me feel confident about his knowledge and what I needed done. Great hours & very accommodating.

Nice facility, nice employees and dentist. However, seemed rather dishonest about my dental hygiene. Claimed I had gum disease, poor dental care for certain teeth and recommended I do unnecessary deep cleanings. My dentist of years who retired never made mention of this. I saw 2 other subsequent dentists and both said my gums were great and I had very minimal, if at all bone loss. I am disappointed a medical professional would exaggerate something as severe as bone disease to push extra cleaning visits and cleaning procedures that are very expensive. Perhaps he may be more aggressive but even the probing was painful and I was sore next day which I found unusual. As mentioned, maybe he has a more aggressive approach but 3/4 dentists said I had great overall dental care and gums. Very bizarre.

I was very happy with the experience. It was my first time going, and there was basically no wait time aside from me filling out the new patient paperwork. There were no surprises, everything was explained to me in detail. Their hours are very accommodating as well, so appointments after work are a definite possibility which is amazing. 10/10! Great service!

First visit with Dr. Pulkrabek. Hardly any wait time. He is personable, easy to approach, awesome and a great dentist overall. By far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. He communicated and confirmed every details of the process from start to finish. He made me feel at ease, painless treatment and didn’t rush through anything. He took the time to listen and hear my needs. I am making the switch and transferring over from my previous dentist.
