About Dr. Adriana Settenhofer
After graduating from Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania, with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1999, Dr. Settenhofer continued her education at New York University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. She furthered her training by completing a Residency in General Practice at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, in 2004. Following this residency, Dr. Settenhofer practiced as an Associate General Dentist in New York City and Monroe, NY.
In 2008, she established a solo practice in Fair Lawn, NJ, focusing on providing customized treatments that are always in the best interest of her patients. Dr. Settenhofer maintains strong professional relationships with the area's most talented specialists to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient. Great experience, she’s a great dentist. Does 1 patient at a time. No rush. Blocks 2 hours for appointments so you don’t feel rushed. Unlike traditional dentists i’ve been to. Would highly recommend if you want a dentist doing your cleanings and imaging etc.

My office visit was beyond amazing! The facilities are modern, spotless, and comfortable. Furthermore during the visit I was given explanations as to what was happening and the opportunity to see for myself using a mirror what was going on. This was the first time ever in over 30 years that I was cared for this much by a dentist and I was finally able to understand what was happening and why. The newer technology make the office visit that much more pleasurable. X-rays were done instantly with significantly less radiation, the results projected on a screen for me to see and to have a detailed discussion about what needed to be done. Super highly recommended!

I hate going to the dentist, since my teeth are horrendous and it is always an ordeal. However, this is the first time I went in and did not feel shamed for my teeth and was taken care of wonderfully! Dr. Stettenhofer is a no nonsense dentist and walks through your insurance plan, and let's you know exactly what is covered. She doesn't find issues just to find them. Very patient, clear and concise. 10/10

Dr. Settenhofer is amazing. She likely will be my dentist as long as I live in this area. She is super personable and knowledgeable. Doesn’t randomly recommend unnecessary procedures (which I love). Highly recommended.

Adriana Settenhofer, DDS is in my opinion a great dentist. No ones favorite place to go is the dentist but she made the experience enjoyable. She had a clean space and walked you through everything she was doing.
