My only complaint was the appointment time I scheduled online was not the same that showed up in their computers. Therefore I had to wait about an hour to be seen. Other than that the front desk was helpful and kind. Dr. Raziel was willing to answer my questions and polite. His hygienist was wonderful as well.

I really wasn't impressed. I arrived and they were unable to download the forms I had filled out online which meant I had to fill them out by hand anyway. I waited over an hour to be seen. Once my cleaning and exam were performed I felt better but overall my experience could have been better.

I went in as a new patient and was looking forward to getting to see the Dr. Raziel, I was proud of myself for putting my fear of Dentists to the side and taking time for myself to work on several denatal issues. Unfortunately I only met Dr. Raziel for maybe a minute while I was upside-down while his Dental Assistant cleaned my teeth.

Don't recommend to patients with cheap insurance such Metro or Family Plus,they will be caught in scheme when doctor makes only X-Rays and after that refuse to take this cheap insurances. After this doctor you can't go to another dentist because insurance company paid for X-Rays only once in 6 month, so you stay with your problem next 6 month. Very sad, DOCTOR !!!!!!!!
