I had such a great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Olivares took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood my treatment plan. You can really tell she cares about her patients and their results. I finally feel like I found a dental office I can trust.

Dr Nizami was professional & friendly. She made it a point to explain the procedures and took time to clearly answer all the questions I had.

Office staff took their sweet time in begining. Then when another patient came in, they rushed me out the door. They did not even do flouride treatment as expected. The dental assistant clearly asked doctor if i wanted it, her question was ignored by doctor. Dental staff talked too much. I only wanted my teeth cleaned not tell my life story.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist all my life until I went to the Smile Shop. Dr Nizami has effectively erased all the painful dentists experiences that I had previously with just the first visit. I actually enjoy going to this dentist to have dental work done.
She is very caring and offered great tips and advices that I never got from other dentists in the past. She genuinely cares about the health of my teeth. She also has my best interest in mind and does not push me to do procedures that may not be necessary, but would obviously mean more revenue for the dentist. All my prior dentists would keep pushing me to have my wisdom teeth removed. Honestly, my wisdom teeth never bothered me and Dr. Nizami didn't push me to have them removed unless they bothered me.
The place is clean and the appointments never take very long. They are also open on every other Saturdays. So that's a plus for those working full-time.
If you are not satisfied with your current dentist or are looking for a new dentist, I would recommend checking out the Smile Shop. If you do not like it, that is fine, but you won't know until you try.
