Dr. Amir Ghalehgol was born in Oxford, Mississippi but considers himself a Georgia native since he has lived in the Atlanta area since the first grade. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry, where he received awards of excellence in general dentistry.
Dr. Ghalehgol went on to complete his general practice residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. While there, he learned advanced techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and received extensive training in working with medically compromised patients.
When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Ghalehgol enjoys hiking, photography and traveling. He also like to volunteer at animal shelters and participate in movies and TV shows that are filmed around the Atlanta area. Snome of his favorite books include The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Hunger Games trilogy and The Alchemist.
