“I was looking for a new dentist in San Diego and I am happy that I've found Dr. Gamache! The staff were friendly, and Dr. Gamache was attentive and friendly as well. Also, the office is extremely clean with up-to-date equipment. My visit felt very organized all throughout. Definitely recommend! ”

About Dr. Andrew Gamache
Raised nearby in south Orange County, Dr. Andrew Gamache earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Southern California in 2005. He met his wife at USC dental school, and the two were married in 2007. Dr. Gamache worked as an associate dentist in Huntington Beach for two years before moving with his wife to Houston, Texas, where she completed her residency. After living in the state where "everything is bigger," they made the move to "the big city" and enjoyed living in Manhattan, where their son was born. Feeling the pull to return to Southern California and be closer to family, Dr. Gamache met Dr. Howard First and his team, recognizing this as a great practice and a perfect fit for him.
Now living in San Diego, Dr. Gamache has entered the next phase of his professional career. He practices all aspects of general dentistry, including preventive, cosmetic, same-day crowns, reconstructive, surgical, and Invisalign dentistry. He enjoys learning cutting-edge clinical skills through continuing education and using the most current techniques and materials.
Dr. Gamache is a husband and father who enjoys traveling, staying physically active, and spending time with family.
