About Dr. Andrew Minias

Dr. Andrew Minias was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2011. He went on to pursue a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated with honors in 2015. He furthered his education in dentistry by completing a General Practice Residency in Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 2016. Dr. Minias is an energetic and motivated dentist that is experienced in all facets of dentistry including restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and orthodontics. He enjoys getting to know his patients and treating them with the utmost care. He understands dentistry can be uncomfortable and stressful for patients, which is why he does everything he can to make every patient experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Minias is always refining his skills in dentistry through continuing education and keeping up with the latest dental technologies and research. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Minias enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching and playing sports, and trying new restaurants.
