Weather event caused the office to close; however, I was not made aware of the closure prior to my arrival. After arrival the phone representative was unapologetic stating
they have limited access to data to inform patients of the closure but she could see and acknowledged the appointment was scheduled. Appointment confirmation request were received and completed, my time was not considered valuable.

Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable about my necessary care and needs. Also I love that she is gentle when handling my teeth.... some dentists can be abrasive and oblivious to patients comfort.
