About Dr. Archana Rejintala
Dr. Archana Rejintala is one of the leading dentists in Northern Virginia. She has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and stays current with the constant advances in dentistry, always looking for new methods to provide faster, exceptional, and painless dental care.
After graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital, she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. She then completed a General Practice Residency Program at Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, which expanded her clinical expertise in treating pediatric, geriatric, and medically compromised patients, working in the operating room, and performing several advanced dental procedures.
Dr. Rejintala's wide range of experience in different aspects of dentistry includes restorative and cosmetic dentistry, treatment planning, root canals, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, porcelain veneers, periodontal treatment, oral surgical procedures, oral medicine, teeth whitening, smile evaluations, aesthetic sculpting, and emergency services. She is a certified Invisalign provider.
Her passion for expanding her knowledge and excelling in dentistry has also led her to travel internationally for advanced dental training. She is a strong believer in giving back to the community and provides volunteer dental treatment to underprivileged children. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rejintala enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

My experience at this office was very disappointing. First, my appointment was changed without any notice, which forced me to leave work early. Then, during my visit, the doctor didn’t address the issue I came in for or complete my cleaning. Instead, the focus was mainly on insurance justification and additional charges. I was also given a quote for a procedure that was extremely overpriced—nearly four times higher than what other clinics charge. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not patient-focused.

I absolutely hate the dentist and have had some pretty bad experiences and WOW. This office was so amazing and knowledgeable. My technician was so gentle, she communicated everything and was so willing to answer all my questions. The dentist herself was equally as amazing, clearly very knowledgeable and provided a great treatment plan for me, someone who really hadn’t been keeping up with cleanings since starting graduate school. I’d recommend this office to anyone, but especially those seeking the least stressful experience. Amazing group of women and am so glad I found this place.

The staff at Dream Smile is incredible, and even when I have a difficult tooth the whole experience with Dr. Rejintala and her staff is positive. They're all friendly, considerate, and highly professional.
