About Dr. Arundati Kharel Sigdel

Dr. Sigdel received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, the first accredited Dental School in India. Following her graduation, she remained at the University to complete a year-long clinical dental internship. Dr. Sigdel continued to pursue her passion for dentistry by earning her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at University of Chicago Illinois. She has advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, general dentistry and pediatrics. Giving back has always been part of Dr. Sigdel’s philosophy. Both, in India, Nepal and the United States, she has organized and volunteered with Mobile Dental Clinics providing free services to under-served areas, participated in “Give Kids a Smile Day” for handicapped patients and spent hundreds of hours giving back to those less fortunate. After spending many years honing her skills as an Associate in the Baltimore Washington area, Dr. Sigdel decided she wanted to be able to serve her patients in her practice. Her philosophy is simple . . . treat everyone the same and help those in need.
