Growing up with a deep-rooted passion for helping others, Dr. Kaale was naturally drawn to a career in dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Howard College of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He is also a proud member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists. His multidisciplinary background informs a holistic and prevention-focused approach to oral health, emphasizing patient education, wellness, and long-term care. Dr. Kaale brings broad clinical expertise in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, Invisalign, surgical implant placement, laser treatments, full-mouth rehabilitations, and fixed prosthodontics. He completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience treating medically complex patients in hospital-based and operating room settings.

I finally had the opportunity to visit Armstrong Dental for a deep cleaning and x-rays. I was delighted by the warm welcome, great music and modern atmosphere with state of the art equipment. Every procedure was explained to me in great detail. I highly recommend this dental office.

The aesthetic of the office was beautiful and gave off great vibes. The reception staff were super friendly. Both the dental assistant and the dentist communicated clearly — they explained and educated me on my next steps, talked me through every part of the process, and were incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout.

From beginning to end, this was my best dental experience. Saray started my cleaning and I knew right away this would be my new dental home. When Dr. Kaale cam in for my exam he had already reviewed all my info and talked to me about a plan to fix my teeth. I'll be back next week!
