I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at this office! I came in with some nerves, as we all do, and the four or five members of the team i interacted with were all fantastic and so helpful and kind. I was offered water, able to watch Netflix, offered a blanket and they taught me so much. Through out the process I felt taken care of. The doctor himself appears to be the most educated and intentional dentist i have ever worked with. He was very thorough in my exam and cleaning and my teeth have never felt better. I seriously cannot recommend this office enough!

Went for a checkup. First things first, they wanted to charge me extra for some panoramic x-ray. After some back and forth they decided it wasn’t necessary. Now off to the examination where I waited for several hours before actually getting any sort of checkup. Apparently some system updates were occurring (which is not their fault), and they kept stringing me along; “just a few more mins…” They then had to move rooms because the room itself was faulty. Waited another 30 ish mins. Finally examination, I was told I need a deep cleaning. Where they gave me lots of local anesthetics, not sure if that’s normal or not but never heard of that. The accountant came in and said she’d be waiving some more fees for me, which was nice but started to give me the vibe they were trying to maximize their profits. The deep cleaning itself was fine, and was told that I’d need another cleaning in 3 months, which added to the money making energy.
Will not be returning, although they were nice!

It's been a while since I was at the dentist and my X-rays and necessary procedures reflected that. This ENTIRE team, from the front desk to Dr. Baseri, were welcoming, kind, personable, and patient. There was no judgement about my lack of dental care or financial abilities. To make it simple, I felt the care and concern and I'm planning to be a patient as long as I reside in LA. Dr. Bernard's entire staff, including himself, were incredibly welcoming and had a warm presence about them. Love that they had TVs to watch Netflix on while I was getting my teeth cleaned as well (not to mention that the cleaning was completely pain free). I'm definitely not going to dread going to the dentist's office anymore after I found this amazing dental office!

Make sure you are comfortable and all your questions answered. I had a tooth extraction and deep cleaning which are not pleasant. The doctor and hygienist were constantly checking in with me to make sure I had no pain and was comfortable. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist.

So kind and caring. Took so much time to connect with me and explain everything. I often get anxious at the dentist and they were so aware and respectful of this. I didn’t at any point feel like they were pushing any services on me either. Instead, they took time to listen to my needs and address anything they discovered in the consultation and exam. There was some issue with the X-rays and I felt like they had to retake a few times. But it was nice to see a collaborative, supportive, and patient team as they figured it out.

Thank you so much you are phenomenal and so is your staff. Dr Baseri was extremely diligent, explained everything and fixed it all in under an hour! I was told I needed an extraction and root canal, plus a crown and what not.. probably leading to a implant, but Dr Baseri was able to save my tooth and i'm drinking hot and cold once again. Thank you very much to your skill and excellent office bedside manner. God bless you

As someone who has major anxiety about going the dentist, I had an absolutely amazing experience here & can’t wait to go back for a cleaning. I just went yesterday for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction & everything ran so smoothly & efficiently. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, caring & funny, which made what is normally a not so fun experience a great time. I have never found a dental office I’ve liked so much that I’d recommend it to friends, & I’ve already told 5 about Smile Recreation Dentistry. I cannot stress enough how awesome Dr. Baseri & his entire team is. It’s been less than 24 hours & they’ve already called to check in on me. They are passionate about their work want to make your experience with them easy & comfortable. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!
