He spent less than 4 minutes with me. The hygienist actually did my exam not the dentist.

I decided to give Mr Chen a try and everything was going well. The routine x-ray, the hygienist with the ever so knowingly up-sell was expected. Dr Chen started out nice a polite, he was comforting to my wife whom was the one needing dental work, and everything was pleasant.
Then he leaves and his assistant starts to go in on us. What started out as a simple molar extraction turned into an all out assault on our bank account. An extraction which Western Dental offers is simply a ploy to get you into the office then they work on you! They have a wide array of payment option and they'll even take small children as collateral to get you to sign the contract.
I've been in this position before so I counter telling them that what we came for is an extraction of a tooth not a second mortgage! it was supposed to be a deal...No thank you! Then the Dr's colors really start to show since he knows we are not drinking the kool aid! His bedside manner disappears and he becomes condescending asking if we understand and just all out rude! Never EVER visit this place! You'll be sorry if you do!
