Dr. Patel earned a dental degree from University of Tennessee in 2007. After that she completed a two-year General Practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is trained in a full range of dental services and has a special interest in root canal therapy.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Patel enjoys teaching yoga, art, and travel.

Such a pleasure working with Dr. Patel's office. The office staff are always so friendly. They are quick to respond to inquiries and do so with enthusiasm and kindness. I'm always taken to my appointment right away and sometimes early. As always, Dr. Patel continues to be the dentist I'm so grateful to have found. It's so difficult to find a genuine, honest, knowledgeable dentist in Manhattan but Dr. Patel is it!

I DID THE CHECK IN ONLINE BEFORE MY APPT AND ONCE I CAME IN CHECK IN THE FRONT DESK CLEARK WAS VERY FRIENDLY. SHE OFFER ME SOMETHING TO DRINK AND ASK HOW I WAS DOING AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE RIGHT WITH ME. LESS THEN 5 MIN SOMEONE CAME AND GOT ME AND THEY PREP ME. DR PATEL WAS AWSOME SHE TOOK HER TIME WITH ME AND IN DOING SO EXPLAIN THE XRAYS TO ME TO. I LIKE THT, NEVER HAD A DOCTOR EXPLAIN TO ME CLEARLY WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY TEETH.

Really love this office. Everything is new & fresh & pretty spacious which is rare in NYC... I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 min MAX, but usually they’re ready for me as I walk in. Bedside manner is great. Dr. Patel is really nice & gentle, yet thorough. I’ve always loved going to the dentist but I’ve had some terrible dentists since moving to NYC until I found Bhavika! Thank God I can now enjoy going to the dentist again lol. I’m also using an unaffiliated teeth aligner service & she kindly offered to check out my teeth once I’m finished with the process. She said all looks great so far and it was such a pleasant exchange that she wasn’t rude about it!

As always, it was a great visit with Dr. Patel. I've been seeing her for a few years now and will always recommend her. The hygienist took me in straight away, 10 minutes early. Dr. Patel saw me 2 minutes early as the xrays went quickly. She actually performs my cleaning, which is refreshing. She's very cautious with doing work which is a nice change from other dentists who are constantly pushing for crowns, fillings, etc. She plays on the safe side to watch certain cavities and wait for pain for certain procedures. Can't recommend her enough and always trust her judgement!
