Dr. Ozzie Smith works with some of the best dentists. I’ve seen a few and have always been very satisfied. Today was no different with Dr. Clark. I was rescheduled for another day and just happened to fall on her schedule. She was very happy to explain everything and answer all of my questions in such a calming manner. You can tell she’s also a lot of fun! I was very happy with Dr. Clark and look forward to future visits with her!

Dr. Clark is amazing. She educates while she treats. Very detailed oriented and makes the procedures feel painless and is very reassuring. This is coming from someone who has high anxiety sitting any dentist chair.

Dr. Bianca Clark is a Mississippi native, who received her D.D.S. from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Upon graduating, Dr. Clark attended a general practice residency at
Montefiore Hospital where she continued to grow and develop as a general dentist.
Dr. Clark is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Academy of General Dentistry. To maintain the integrity of her profession, Dr. Clark regularly attends continuing education courses throughout the country. Dr. Clark also participates in multiple study clubs across the city to stay current in the latest dental therapies. Dr. Clark also certified in Botox and dermal filler therapy.

Dr. Clark and her team are wonderful to work with! They always make sure to take the time to explain what is going to happen next and give you a heads up if you'll feel pressure/pain/uncomfortableness. Dr. Clark makes you feel like she's really listening to your concerns and takes the time to explain all aspects to you. I would definitely feel comfortable going back to them for a regular cleaning or any dental concern.

Dr. Clark was wonderful. I came in on a day where I was having a lot of unrelated issues and she was so incredibly patient and accommodating. She really went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. Loved my dentist visit!! From the wonderful front desk staff to the friendly hygienist to Dr. Clark herself it was smooth sailing! Dr. Clark was hilarious, brilliant, and very gentle and patient when treating me. I watched Netflix during my filling and got free hot cocoa in the waiting room, now I can never go back to a normal dentist! Thanks again and I’ll be back.

Dr Clark and the entire West Loop Smile Studio team is awesome. I wish all of my doc experiences were like this. From the warm and friendly greeting by the receptionist Janice who always makes sure I have enough time to make a cup of coffee, to the dental assistant (I hate that I don’t know his name but he is the handsome white guy) who makes sure I’m comfortable, takes my x-rays, and puts on my requested Netflix show and headphones, to Dr. Clark who always does a gentle job on my cleaning (even though I have these pesky braces now) and who seems cares about me as a person, not just a patient, to the dental hygienist who polished me and has the toughest job of flossing in between these braces, but always gets is done and leaves my mouth feeling fresh (I think her name is Jasmine??)!!
Dr. Ozzie ( who I believe is an owner of both Smith and Smith Smile Studio & the West Loop Smile Studio and is the reason I’m at this office) really knows how to maintain a top quality business.

Dr. Clark is the consummate professional. She is very engaging, nurturing, and she truly cares about her patient's well being. She is very knowledgeable, and does a great job in explaining issues and related options. My dental health has improved tremendously over the past 3 years of working with her. Dr. Clark is friendly, knowledgable and professional. For once I look forward to dentist appointments - never thought I'd say that! Dr. Clark and her office staff make sure to clearly communicate treatments, scheduling, billing and insurance coverage, which is almost never the case elsewhere. The office is clean and comfortable, even offering Netflix during appointments! I cannot say enough good things!

I thought Dr. Clark was nice and professional, but I don't feel like she listened to my concern and just wrote it off as "damaged gums" without recommendation for how to get healthier gums in the future... She also said she would call 5 days post-appointment to check in, and no one ever did. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
After my initial appointment I booked an a future cleaning, but after more consideration I have decided to cancel this future appointment and find a new dentist.

My. visit to Dr. Clark today has me wondering why I waited so long to start my search for a new dentist. The atmosphere, staff, and even the exam chair were all so inviting and professional that I was put very much at ease. I'll be going back for some more work in the next few weeks, which I would have dreaded at my previous dentist's office, but Dr. Clark took the extra time to thoroughly explain everything to me (visuals and all) and I'm feeling super comfortable both with the idea of putting my pearly whites in her care and returning to the office.
