the hygenist (Wu) is really hard at upselling. the quote c o s t for a proposed procedure is at least twice compared with other places i have seen.
Once I declined the proposed service, the hygenist did a terribly poor job at regular cleaning. She was apparently trying to get me out of the room as soon as possible. Haven't experienced an even worse experience. Definitely does not recommend going there.

I really liked Dr. Xia's office and staff. While I wasn't actually seen by him, I was seen by Dr. Lisa, who was very kind, gentle and clear. The dental hygienist (forgetting her name!) was also very kind and gentle and nice. All in all, I'll definitely keep using this office and will recommend to coworkers as we're only 3 blocks away!

When I first arrived, they said I didn't have an appointment, although it had been confirmed through ZocDoc. They also did not receive the registration forms that I completed through ZocDoc. I would recommend calling to confirm your appointment was probably booked before showing up if using ZocDoc.
Besides the ZocDoc issue which was likely the cause of the hour+ wait, the service was not bad. Friendly staff. The non-air conditioned office was uncomfortable on a rare hot day like today.

I was pleasantly surprised by the young female doctor I visited (I'm sorry I forgot the name!). She was very pleasant, friendly and gentle. Didn't recommend any extraneous treatments. The technician that did my X-rays was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to any of my friends or coworkers.

I had to wait twenty minutes, but I made it a point to ask sue about it and there were some extenuating circumstances with the insurance offices being closed on Saturday and a technical problem. Aside from that, everything was nice!

Went in for a regular cleaning, was told that I had three cavities. Had no pain but went along with it. Weeks later I get a big bill and have shooting pains in one tooth. Fees are not transparent, adjustments to my filling had to be made, wait times are long. Decide for yourself.
