Doctor Bradford was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and informative, from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone looking for surgery, braces or invisalign style braces. I couldn't think of any other orthodontist to go to besides him. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Friendly, busy office. Dr. Washington comes across as diligent, charismatic and relatable. Really appreciated the office manager introducing herself by name and with handshake to welcome my daughter and me to the practice. Only note: they keep the AC near freezing point, so waiting parents beware.

Dr. Washington's calm yet pleasant demeanor, and convivial approach to patient care, is influenced by his southern roots where he comes from a long line of educators. In his free time, Dr. Washington enjoys snowboarding and has participated in several marathons and triathlons. He can also be seen playing the occasional game of pickup basketball on weekends.
An avid supporter of various philanthropic endeavors, Dr. Washington regularly participates in “give a kid a smile” programs and provides dental exams and treatments to children and adolescents living in poverty. His humanitarian efforts have also extended globally. In 2007, he served patients in Santiago, Chile where he organized a pediatric topical fluoride program in low income communities there.

Dr. Washington and his staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. There was a real sense in getting to know you as a person before beginning any treatment. The treatment was handled with utmost care and professionalism, and in a very timely manner. I would hands down recommend for any orthodontic services.

Dr. Washington and his staff were beyond professional, organized and very personable. My daughter and I felt very comfortable with the staff . Dr Washington explained every detail of our treatment. He was very patient and friendly,would definitely recommend, it was a pleasant experience.

Loved the staff. Love the place.. a little hard to find as it's in between the two buildings at 1851 (located behind black metal gates) but everything else was awesome.. my son was nervous, but they made him feel at ease and treated him great.. the office music was awesome.. we could have waited there all day. If they had a vending machine or Cafeteria we probably would have stayed all day..." that's a joke son a joke ya see". ..lol .. I you need an orthodontist go see Dr. Washington!!!

As I entered in the office , I saw a little computer in the corner , I saw my son’s name . So I signed in. It was nice I did not have to introduce myself to the secretary. The waiting time was short. The staffs were so nice and well trained. It took me about an hour for my consultation and doing X-Ray. I highly recommend this place to family member and friends.

I was completely unsatisfied. When I intially went in Eve thing was great. After leaving and trying to find out more information regarding my care with them. They would never call me back. I called more than 3 times and each receptionist gave me the same answer (we’ll have someone call you back) and no one ever did. This is completely unprofessional. You have a patient who wants to know what is going on with their care and what the next step are and you are completely evasive and disregarding them. I would not recommend them if you actually want to get your orthodontic care in a timely manner.

Had an orthodontist consult so far. Dr Washington and his staff were terrific. He was very informative and kind. Loved that he took the time to visually show & describe in laymen’s terms a dental issue I was having my own periodontist had not fully broken down. I have to correct that problem first before getting Invisalign but I felt completely comfortable moving forward w Dr Washington in the future.

I went in for a consultation for adult braces, but unfortunately for me I was informed that he only offers Invisalign for adults which was disappointing. Especially since his website mentioned that they offered clear aesthetic braces for adults, but that option was not offered to me.
