“I had such a good experience at this office! Did have to fill out my paperwork twice since they didn’t have the ones I completed through the app, but everything else made up for it and then some. Hygienist openly explained everything she was doing and didn’t mind me asking a ton of questions along the way. Dr. Brianne came back towards the end of the visit and it was like chatting with a friend. Asked some questions about what I listed on the paperwork to find out the best next steps for care, but never pressured me to move forward immediately with anything. On top of all that, they made sure I knew what I would be charged for before they did anything so I didn’t have any surprises! 10s 10s 10s across the board! ”

The doctor as well as her medical assistance were absolutely wonderful and friendly. I felt very comfortable as if I've known them forever. They explained everything that they were going to be doing before and after. Such as Xrays and results to include cost that, the office staff provided . I would be happy to refer any of my friends or a random person if asked.

About Dr. Brianne Kaufman
Dr. Bri is a general dentist originally from Rochester, NY. She made her way out to Arizona for dental school and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa in May 2020. She fell in love with the beautiful AZ sunshine and even convinced her parents to move cross country as well. The most rewarding part of dentistry for her is helping patients overcome any dental fears and anxieties so that together, they can accomplish all of their oral health goals. When she's not practicing dentistry, you can find Dr. Bri and her fiancé, Cody, spending time with family, fishing at Salt River, or trying the newest restaurants in town. Dr. Bri looks forward to working with you and your family at your next visit!

All the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr Kaufman was very friendly and did a thorough exam and explained her assessment and had her admin verify my coverage so I knew in advance what costs I may have. The assistant who took X-rays was friendly and funny which relaxed me. The hygienist was gentle and efficient. In all my adult life this is the first time my dental visit was outstanding at every turn.

This office is truly amazing. My dentist Dr. Kaufman and dental assistant Keke were more like friends than professionals. They had the best bedside manner and we laughed the whole time during my appointment. Could not recommend them enough. Such a great office. Anyone who goes here as a patient is very lucky.

Dr Kaufman has a very calming presence. I’d recommend her to anyone who has dental anxiety. The office staff is great. I had to bring my 6 month old baby with me and they took turns playing with him while I got x rays done. Everyone is super friendly! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

My appointment was really great. I was running late and called to let them know and they where so kind about it they told me to take my time and even accommodated me with a later appointment since someone cancelled. When I got there everyone was really kind and got down to business. I would recommend 10/10 going here!

I booked a cleaning via the app, then was called to be told I would only be seen if I got a full workup of X-rays. Without the workup, they did not have a cleaning appointment.
Very contradictive to the four open appointments on the app for cleaning.
