I am an experienced dentist specializing in the management of TMJ disorders, headaches, and sleep apnea. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain and have been involved in both academia and clinical practice for over 15 years. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain at Tufts University.
My practice addresses a variety of oral, dental, and facial pain conditions. Common reasons for consultation include:
- TMJ pain, clicking, or locking
- Sleep apnea or snoring disorders (dental device)
- Headaches or chronic facial pain
- Trigeminal neuralgia
- Tooth pain without apparent dental issues

Beware. They will charge you INSANE amounts not covered. My insurance reviewed the claims and confirmed I was not responsible for $ that was paid and the office should reimburse me. Upon speaking to the office, they just laughed and refused. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Chandwani is knowledgeable and more importantly, personable. He is a good listener and, in my experience, is the rare kind of medical professional who actually wants to established a relationship with his patients through patient listening and questioning. His advice was clear and he helped to determine a very workable pathway towards my isssue.

My experience with Dr. Chandwani and his staff was wonderful. my experience with ZocDoc was not quite as flawless. They appeared to have scheduled my appointment but when I called the office to confirm, they said the appointment I booked was not available and had to give me another appointment, so definitely not a flawless experience with ZocDoc scheduling. Would not trust that system again.

While many people dislike going to the dentist, my visit with Dr. Chandwani was a fantastic one! Dr. Chandwani is not only smart but also has excellent bed side manner. He was very open with his strategies on dealing with the problem at hand and presented all the choices well.
While many dread their visit to the dentist, I'm already looking forward to my next one.
