My 8 yr old 1 yr old and I went for our routine cleaning. Staff and dentist were all pretty nice but I couldn’t help feeling this something was off after our visit. It wasn’t until my next cleaning at a different dentist I realized Dr. Boston did absolutely no scaling or root planing of my teeth or my 8 yr old who had so much plaque build up by the time we went to the another dentist, it was embarrassing. Btw, Scaling and root planing is when they take that little hook shaped tool thingy and pick plaque off your teeth and check for cavities. Maybe he’s good for toddlers/babies but not for anyone wanting a REAL dental cleaning.

Seemed like insurance wasn't verified prior to the appt even though I called several times prior to the appt to check that my insurance was accepted at the office. Hygienist that met with us prior to dr. Boston entering the room was very kind and informative. Dr. Boston's demeanor was somewhat distant but very informative for my 18 month old son's dental care so the appt was good overall. The insurance was verified just fine once we were at the office so no problems there.

I've been taking my kids to Dr. Boston for a few years now and I love him... The office staff is friendly and they get you in and out in a timely manner while at the same time answering any questions and not making me feel rushed! I would recommend Dr. Boston to anyone! My only complaint....He only sees kids so I can't use him :(

I'm surprised by the "couple" bad reviews. Please don't let them few stop you from taking a chance an going to Dr. Boston office I promise you won't regret it. Dr.Boston is such a wonderful Dentist, very quick we never have to wait. I was even 10-15 minutes late once and we were still seen right way. The receptionist lady's are always helpful and nice. They seem to love what they do and it shows with their upbeat personality. My children had seen the same dentist for the past 11 years back home an they immediately fell in love with Dr. Boston said he was very nice to them. If you want a dentist who is quick to get you seen, easy with the children, and professional bedside manner. Dr. Carlos Boston is where you want to be. Yes I highly recommend him.

Dr. Boston is an excellent dentist. I drive an hour just to bring my kids to him. The only complaint I have is that I have 3 children so I have to schedule appts on different days bc the max is 2 per visit. Also, they were overbooked today so I have to make yet a third trip to complete fillings bc they were busy. With work and school, it is extremely difficult to make one appt, but 3 is almost impossible.

Made my daughters appointment a week ago, got paper work done on line for fast and easy process, as soon as I walked in was greeted had a seat, and in less than 15 min was called to a room. They immediately sat my daughter in the chair had a fun kids movie on and they took x-ray, although the doctor seemed to serious really didn't say much, I would have loved to see more enthusiasm from him, however we did get that from his assistant, very attentive and made sure my daughter was comfortable, and explained in great detail what all was, and was going to happen. That made my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable with him. The doctor over all did a great job, my daughter felt no pain at all, got 2 extractions a full clean with no flouride as I explained that I did not want flouride treatment. We went home with a happy smile a gift bag and balloon for my daughter and she is recovering nicely.

Not a great cleaning this time. The doctor seemed overwhelmed and had someone else in the office do the cleaning. He never came back to check on us or check the quality of the cleaning. We probably will look for another dentist.

I've been to this dentist on many occasions. This last time he did not clean any of my children's teeth and did not check them before we left. The quality of the cleaning this time was poor. Plaque was still left on my children's teeth. Their teeth were not properly cleaned to the quality it has been in the past. I'm not happy.
