I booked this appointment on Zocdoc and apparently was charged yet never heard from the doctor, whose office I called and left a message. It seems the office was closed on the day I booked the appointment though there was no indication of that anywhere on Zocdoc.

It was a phenomenal experience with Doctor Follette, she was very thorough, dedicated and committed to what she’s doing. I’m just a little bit nervous about the X-ray process, the tech was touching my mouth, equipments and stuff simultaneously, I was hopeful that everything was sterilized and disinfected well.

Dr. Carol Folette (and her friendly staff) are honestly the best. I switched from a dental office in Culver City (where I used to live) and had 180 degree flipped experience and by that I mean it has been always been really great!!
Amy is super sweet and accommodating at the front office. The dental assistants are nice and also gentle.
Dr. Carol Folette is light-hearted, high-spirited, professional, knowledgeable and will ALWAYS give feedback or input on your questions/concerns. She is AWESOME and I feel cared for in her hands and under her supervision.
I went in today (it may be my 4th time visiting?) and I was laughing half way through while laying on the patient chair. She even put me on the books for another dental appointment to do some quick work still covered by insurance for the next day.
I truly am so thankful she takes Delta Dental…also I rarely ever write reviews, but she absolutely deserves it. Also, I support female professionals and what appears to be an all (or almost all) female dental practice. Really, really love them.

I have been going to Dr. Follette for years. She has staff that has also been there for a long time and that’s nice to see. Everyone is always very friendly! I have not been in 2 1/2 years due to Covid, but I was not that bad off. They have always taking great care of my teeth, encouraging good habits can you continual care.

I met Carol for the first time today and really enjoyed her personality. Should also mention that I learned a thing or two, namely the procedure called free gingivitis grafting and her recommended toothpaste and wash which were new brands for me.

I was the first appointment of the day and had to provide insurance info. Still started right on time. Dentist is very hands on and does a lot of the work herself. She explains what she is doing and why, and is focused on patient comfort. Also, she focuses a lot on the gums and not just the teeth. Great provider.

Like any good dental office they do offer some ancillary/extra services which you can politely decline. They didn't pressure sell or anything which is appreciated.

Another great visit with Dr Follette- the whole office team is wonderful. I was seen right away and everyone on the staff was very friendly. Even though i hate dentist visits, Dr Follette and her team made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I received excellent care and will definitely be going back.

Dr. Follette is a great dentist who really took time to help me with my problems. I have been having trouble with my bite and she took the time to re-construct my biteguard (that another doctor had built poorly) free of charge.

I think she is a very nice person but she was a bit rough while cleaning my teeth. She also kept trying to push a night guard on me and called me three or four times after the appointment to ask if I was going to book another appointment in order for her to fit me with one (actually one of those calls was less than 2 hours after I left). So in the end was a bit put off by this method of trying so desperately to sell me something, probably won't go back to her.

I highly recommend Dr. Follette to anyone that needs their teeth cleaned. She personally did a fantastic job cleaning mine, and is very friendly! In fact, everyone in her office is happy and welcoming.

Very nice office and very nice hygienist but not the most gentle, a few too many accidental pokes and jabs. I do appreciate that, of the two times I've visited, there was no wait and the cleaning was done very efficiently.

At my second visit she forgot she had already met me.
Not very hygienic--put on her gloves and then touched random stuff around the room. I had to ask her to put on new gloves.
She put fillings in a few of my teeth. They were painful and uncomfortable. I went to a new dentist (should've done this after day one) and they immediately redid all the fillings.
I would never recommend Dr. Follette (at least not to anyone I actually like).

I love Dr. Follette. Very nice, caring woman. I wasn't thrill about my hygienist, who arrived late to the office and didn't do a great job of polishing my teeth after she cleaned them. However, I will definitely return to this office. All the staff are incredibly helpful, cheerful, and interested in your welfare. Very home-y environment.

She is great! Extremely friendly and helpful. Office staff was friendly and prompt. Very easy and pleasant visit.
One note: I had never had the actual dentist clean my teeth before. My teeth have never been cleaner, but just be prepared to squirm in your chair a bit as she cleans by the gums.

Dr. Follette is the friendliest dentist! She did my dental cleaning herself (instead of using a hygienist). I'm not sure if she cleans teeth of first time patients only? But this way she was able to carefully inspect my teeth, and found a filling about to break and also examined 2 chipped teeth. She was very thorough in all her answers, and I get the feeling she is an honest dentist who does not take advantage of patients financially. Friendly, clean office with a nice and efficient secretary as well.

I was a couple of minutes late--but they didn't give me any problems. Saw me right away and still had me completed before the next patient arrived. She performed the cleaning herself, which I'm not used to--but appreciated the extra dedication. No complaints, overall!
