About Dr. Chad Curtis

Dr. Chad Curtis was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to San Ramón, Costa Rica for 3 months to learn Spanish before starting dental school at Columbia University. At Columbia University, Dr. Curtis was very involved in bone grafting research, and as a result, developed a passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and bone augmentation utilizing growth factors and stem cells to rebuild the jaw bone in preparation for dental implants. He then graduated from Columbia University with his D.D.S degree and completed his Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Cincinnati. After working in a large oral surgery group in Cincinnati, Dr. Curtis decided to move closer to his family in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Curtis enjoys outdoor activities, teaching the piano to his daughter, and traveling with his wife, Brianna.

Dr Chad Curtis was fantastic. He had a great bed side manner. The front desk was send the old insurance info by the Zocdoc app but the new one was input.??????? Thus, when I arrived I was told that my insurance was expired. I immediately called my insurance and had the rep. speak to the front desk. It was confirmed that I had current insurance and was fully cover for the office visit. The front desk was given the correct my correct insurance by phone and by myself presenting my up to date card. Long story short even though the additional questions by the front desk to the insurance rep. were answered in the affirmative. The front desk was not pleased and placed the ins. Rep. on a very long hold as she took care of other patients and task so the ins. Rep. placed the call back on hold. Causing the front desk to hang up stating that she still has to confirm my insurance eligibility. I don’t believe I’m welcomed there.

Thank you so so so much. The type of action I saw at this office was indescribably great. The amount of pain was unbearable impacted wisdom teeth my face was huge and he looked me in my eyes and gave me hope. So thankfully he was able to remove them and slowly but surely I'm healing up. I greatly appreciate the interaction in the office the amazing staff was so sweet and just nice... I needed that kindness and I really am forever grateful

I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Curtis and his team. He was on time for all of my visits, easy to talk to, and understanding. His office staff were also very kind and professional. The extraction procedure was as quick and clean as it gets. Dr. Curtis and his team did a great job and my recovery was swift. If you are in the West Palm area and need to get oral surgery, this is the place to go.
