I was a new patient coming in for a cleaning and x rays. The receptionist was very friendly. Walked me to the back to wait for x rays. I was waiting for Dr. Ireland for 2 hrs without him coming in to check in with me or apologize for the wait. All I hear is him having a conversation with other patients. Very unacceptable. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend.
