About Dr. Chun-Tao Ma

Dr. Ma says, “I gain great satisfaction from helping patients feel comfortable about the health and appearance of their teeth through patient education and treatment.” “ As a child, I had severe teeth crowding as a child and my orthodontist and general dentist changed my smile which improved my social life. After the life changing treatment, I knew I wanted to be involved in dentistry when I grew up!” After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University, Dr. Ma received his Dental Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He also speaks Mandarin. Dr. Ma says, “I am happily married to my wife, Ning and we have a daughter, Meredith. I lived abroad and established a private dental practice in Shanghai, China for 5 years. In my free time enjoy swimming, playing tennis, traveling & sightseeing and watching movies and sports.”

I would put zero stars if I could. They called me to reschedule for another day, which is ok. I showed up for my appointment and lady at the reception said "Wait for proper reception to check you in". (she didn't call anyone to come to reception). After waiting for couple of minutes, I asked how long more do I need to wait, I'm on my lunch break and have appointment for 12.30. That lady got up and walked to me to check me in. After struggling to find anything, she called the proper reception lady. Reception lady could not find my appointment, even though I had text message confirmation. They tried to check in everyone all at once and at the same time could not check in, because for them it was overwhelming. After struggling with them for 15-20 minutes, I said "Let's just cancel everything". and I walked out. I'm very upset about time I waisted
