Dr. Daniel Ormsby is one of the most experienced dentists in Murray, Utah, with over 26 years of practice. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Ormsby earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry. He has practiced in Utah throughout his career, where he and his wife have raised their four children. Despite his patient obligations, Dr. Ormsby has devoted thousands of hours to providing dental services to impoverished adults and children in Guatemala. He and his wife have also helped orphanages in Cambodia and Tijuana. Dr. Ormsby considers these volunteer hours the most rewarding of his career.

From the front desk, to my cleaning, to the dentist seeing me, everyone was so kind! The staff was so friendly and professional. They explained what was happening and what they were doing. As someone who gets very nervous going to the dentist, I can confidently say I had a lovely visit and feel much better about future visits.

The office is clean and everyone was nice and professional towards me during my visit. They didn’t make me feel ashamed of buildup I had and checked on the concerns I had. The only problem is that their appointments don’t sync with Zocdoc so I did have to reschedule because the time slot I had chosen wasn’t actually available. Aside from that, though, no complaints from me!! :)

The great experience started with the receptionist, who helped me in multiple ways. The hygienist’s work was done well, paying attention to my needs. Both the doctor and hygienist gave me advice, not lectures, which I appreciate.

This is a great team as a whole! This is the first hygienist I’ve ever had who told me what she was doing and why. Doctor Ormsby is funny and has a great bedside manner. The front desk receptionist who called and collected my insurance is awesome as well. Really great team and bunch better than my last office.

I though I was going in for a filling, but turned out I need a crown. Dr Ormsby explained why and the process. They went over the bill and got started right away. Great personality, he was a referral from my brother and I would recommend him to anyone else.

I only waited for about two minutes to be seen once I walked into the office. The staff was polite and they did not give guilt trips when admitting something such as not flossing every single day.

on this day 11-6-17 the staff was short handed and it was my first time to visit the office. They handled it very well, I was the first appointment at 7am and Dr. Ormsby was already in. He got me in the back by 7:15 am and was done by 7:30am. I would recommend to fill out all your paper work on line before coming into the office it makes the process much quicker.

I absolutely loved my visit! Dr Ormsby and staff were professional and extremely down to earth. This is by far the best dental practice I've ever been too and plan on being loyal patients.

The receptionist was very sweet. Had me fill out paperwork and then sent me right back with the hygienist. Took my X-Rays quickly, and told me the dentist would be right with me. Dr. Ormsby was very nice as well. Conversed with me, and walked me to the desk following the appointment. Very clean, and well run office! Very pleased.

Dr Ormsby and his staff are always welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate that Dr Ormsby takes great care to be gentle while giving anesthesia as I am allergic to the topicals and have to get the shots without the numbing effect. He NEVER hurts me! :)

Very professional office and staff. Went the extra mile to get me a temporary front tooth so my vacation wouldn't be completely ruined. The Dr.. was very helpful and professional. This would be my dental office if I lived in S.L.C.

Honestly, I never have to wait long, if at all, when I come to the dentist. The receptionist, Betty, is a delight and if you have dental anxiety, she will definitely ease that anxiety. The hygienist is thorough and personable. Lastly Dr. Ormsby is the best. After going to the same dentist my whole life, we had to find a new dentist when he retired. We chose Dr. Ormsby and have been very pleased with our choice.
