Have been going to Dr. Mody for the past 2 years. Diagnosis and treatment suggestions are spots on which show tremendous experience on her part. The staff is super helpful with scheduling and accommodating urgent requests as well.

Saddest dentist's office I've ever seen, though my dental hygienist was wonderful. Office did not enforce mask requirements with everyone who entered the office, nor did they conduct temperature checks like the sign on the door says. Did not ask for ID to confirm my identity. Walls of reception area and patient rooms were dirty (scratched paint, drill/nail holes in walls, dirt handprints). Some but not all common touch points were covered with hygienic single-use wraps. Never saw X-ray tech put on fresh gloves before touching things that went in patients' mouths. Hygienist washed her hands before putting on gloves and working on my teeth which I appreciated. Dentist and X-ray tech did not. All 3 were inconsistent with regard to whether or not they would touch certain surfaces (like the computer to update patient records) with or without gloves that had been in my mouth. Did not feel confident that all steps were being taken to protect patient health and will not be back again.

Dr. Mody was phenomenal. She provided sufficient information on my condition to make an education decision on my treatment. I felt very comfortable with her and the dental hygienist. They listened to my concerns and offered suggestions to improve my situation. Definitely coming back!

First visit today and I was with a female cleaner and male doctor. They were very knowledgable about my coverage and what services could be done with insurance etc. I didnt get to know them though and vice versa. They are friendly just not personable if that makes sense.

While I appreciate the attempted census... when it comes to a dentist visit I do not believe it’s possible to describe the experience with stars or numbers.... to me I wouldn’t know a bad one from a good one - someone’s in your mouth drilling they are in ya mouth drilling. That said, the question for me should be do you trust your Dentist... my answer would be absolutely....thank you!

I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of dental work and cleanings (lots of childhood issues) but I had a very pleasant experience at this practice. Everyone was polite and accommodating, wait wasn't more than 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and all payment details were explained prior to and after seeing the Doctor.

Dr. Mody is, hands down, the most patient, understanding, informative dentist I have ever met in my life. She spent time with me explaining everything I needed, and I did not feel rushed at all. I felt like my comfortability was her top concern. I was nervous about having an extraction, but she quickly put me at ease. The procedure was fast, painless, and I later felt silly for getting worked up over nothing. I wish all doctors were just like her. She really is the best!
