Dr. David and the hygienist both made me feel at ease right from the start of my visit. The office staff is very friendly. I was in and out in a timely manner and they even did a dental cleaning which I had not been scheduled for in addition to addressing the jaw and ear pain I was having. I’ll be going back in the future for sure.

Did not like the atmosphere of this location. I felt like they didn't take time to explain the diagnosis to me and it left me uncomfortable going forward with it. Was just an uncomfortable atmosphere and did not make me trust that the information was accurate in any way. I would not recommend them.

I saw the other dentist in the office, Dr. Jon. He was very friendly and calming. He explains the procedure in detail without it being confusing. He works very quickly and kept my comfort and safety at the fore. And when I came in for a follow up and asked him to look at something that didn't feel right, he was quick to correct the issues.

I thought it was a great visit and they gave me some good options. I was originally told I needed an implant however the dentist believes they can fix the crown I had which broke. I liked they decided to do something cheaper rather than just trying to take me for the most expensive fix possible.

I had a lot of dental work to do today and was not looking forward to the actual procedures, however, since my grandbaby had had her lip and tongue tie done at Better Dental successfully, I thought that certainly it would be the right place for me. Medical procedures make me anxious, so my main concern was how would I do during these procedures? Dr. Draper discussed the options and we worked together for my comfort, he was very patient! And cared about how I felt and was doing. All the staff members were. I feel like I had found the right place to continue to take care of my smile!

I called last minute to see if they could potentially have my 5 year old seen within the next day or so and they immediately accommodated us. We arrived without an appointment, was treated by a super friendly staff and my 5 year old was treated with the utmost respect. What was just to be an initial consultation/look, turned into Dr Draper offering to fix a tooth right then and there. No "you have to come back have a cleaning and then we'll make another appointment later on" he took the time, talked with my daughter and made her feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. During the procedure he took extra care to talk to her, reassured her and even stoped and gave her extra numbing medicine when she said she was uncomfortable.
As an adult with horrible experiences with dentists growing up I have every bit of hope and knowledge that make daughter will not have the same experiences. She was happy and relaxed and overall had a wonderful experience for her first time have dental procedures.

I've avoided dentists most of my life, but Better Dental and Dr. Draper are excellent. I had a chipped tooth and was in and out with a repair in an hour. Everyone was super nice and reassuring and there was 0 judgement. I've already scheduled a full cleaning and exam.

Dr. John fixed my 5 day old daughter's tongue and lip tie and she is now breastfeeding beautifully when she wasn't able to prior to the procedure. We had our follow up with Dr. David who was just as pleasant and wonderful as Dr. John. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, but especially newborns with tongue or lip ties. Everything was handled in a professional yet gentle manner, all parts of the procedure and recovery were thoroughly explained, and pricing was transparent. A wonderful practice!

I knew more about oral appliances for treating sleep apnea than the dentist. He didn't seem knowledge in the different appliances on the market and I did not leave the appointment feeling confident in his recommendations. Also, the cost of the appliance was double of what I was quoted over the phone by the receptionist.

I had a dental emergency during a holiday week as a new patient. I am so appreciative to be seen by Dr. Draper even with a bit of a wait. He has a great chairside manner and he took care of my dental emergency with great care and attention. His staff are all very pleasant and kind. The office is state of the art. Lots of creature comforts. Great dental experience and now plan to return for all my future dental care. My husband already has an appointment too since he was so impressed being there with me. The topper was a warm cookie on the way out!

You won't be disappointed! Best availability of any office I've ever heard of, he was super friendly, gentle with my filling procedure, I didn't have to spend an unreasonable amount of time there... I could go on and on! We will definetly be back!

Fantastic, as usual. I'm a bit phobic when it comes to dentists, but Dr. Draper is fantastic , right along with the rest of the staff. Excellent quality of care and bedside manner, and humorous enough to be a good distraction from treatment and exams. I'm moving to Charlotte soon, but I'll probably be making the long trip to his office for yearly visits.

Friendly, Professional and couldn't be happier!!! I was first made aware of Dr. Draper because our 3 month old soon had a tongue tie and he came very highly recommended through many channels and did such a wonderful job that I figured I'd give him a shot to address my Wisdom teeth issues. This morning I went in and he discussed his opinion of my situation,(which I had another Oral Surgeon look at last year and they basically told me they would just cut everyone of them out and I had to deal with it.) And he informed that he could do a normal extraction on the top to relieve my pain and that cuts down not only the pain but the healing time as well. He looks at his patients as people and not as numbers, my feeling with some in the past is they want to do what is convenient for them and not necessarily the best for the client. He has saved me from so much pain after being in so much pain for years.... thank you again sir!! Look forward to driving an hr to get the best treatment around!!! Well worth it!!!!! :D

Dr. Draper and his whole staff were so fantastic. I was very nervous to have my first ever major dental procedure - a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Draper made me feel much more relaxed and confident about what was going to be done than I had been walking in. Everyone was fantastic and - considering a part of my body was ripped out of my head - it was a pretty easy and quick experience. I'll certainly be returning.
