About Dr. John Corcoran

Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio; Dr. Corcoran grew up just outside of Cincinnati in Oxford, Ohio. After shadowing his family dentist, Dr. Corcoran fell in love with dentistry. It fulfilled his passion for helping people, and he loved having the ability to both diagnose and treat patients in a single location. He attended undergrad at Miami University and continued on to dental school at The Ohio State University. Dr. Corcoran has spent the last 7 years serving in the USAF; 4 years actively treating patients and 1 year as chief of dental services for Seymour Johnson AFB. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, he is always pursing education, learning new techniques, and striving for excellence in everything he puts his mind to. His goal is to always treat patients like he would treat a family member. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Corcoran enjoys sports, exercise, and traveling, and even played baseball in Argentina after high school! He has 2 siblings, an older sister, who lives in Argentina and a younger brother, who just graduated from undergrad.
