“Overall, my experience was fantastic. Prior to the appointment, the office sent me all the paperwork needed and confirmed my insurance coverage. Once there, everyone, from reception to the dentist to the hygienists, were absolutely lovely, thorough, and attentive. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and this was maybe the best dental experience I have ever had. Highly recommend! ”

I went to my appointment looking for a new dentist (consultation). Randy, what he asked to be called, was very abrupt when we talked about my needs. He kept asking “What do you want?” He seemed very annoyed. When I told the assistant that I am looking for a great dentist with great bedside manner she laughed, like you are not going to find that here. I left very disappointed. I have never had a experience like that at a dentist appointment.

The best dental experience I've had - just moved from Chicago to Durham this year and I can't believe I've been going to my old dentist for as long as I have. UDA is so much better! Great customer service, bedside manner, and the visits are educational so you can find out what's actually going on with your teeth. Really impressed and will continue to see Dr. Kovicak.

We are very pleased with the care offered by University Dental Associates, Morrisville. Everyone in this UDA is so friendly and nice to work with. They always have a smile and are ever ready to help you. My kids are very happy with their hygienists and always are ready for going here. Our family have been with University dental for many years, the location off 54 i, is the best, always friendly and accommodating to my family of 5, they have made going to the dentist a real pleasure. I like the Dr.Koviack's patience and his care. He listens and doesn't rush you. He will talk about the options and also answer any questions patiently.
