Dr Flynn correctly diagnosed a cracked root on my molar. It was a tricky call, but it saved me from having a root canal performed that would have surely failed. Dr Flynn took his time, 8 months, to let my jaw heal after placing the implant. I know my implant is solid! I have confidence I'll never have issues with it. Dr Flynn also extracted an erupted wisdom tooth tha was impacting another molar. He did all of the oral surgery in office with local anesthesia! He's a fantastic dentist!!

David Flynn, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist who provides exceptional general dentistry services with a focus on technical surgical procedures. He currently serves patients of all ages in Bountiful, Utah. Dr. Flynn graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with a major in pre-dental. He was accepted early to dental school at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000. After graduating, Dr. Flynn completed an internship at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. He’s also studied at the WhiteCap Institute for dental implant training in Heber City, Utah. He’s a member of the Utah Dental Association, the South Davis Dental Association, and the South Davis Dentist Partnership. He’s certified in CPR and is also an Eagle Scout with three palms. Dr. Flynn practices a conservative approach to dentistry. He never recommends treatments unless he knows for sure that a patient’s oral health will benefit from them. He also takes the time to make personal connections with his patients, educating them on their conditions and treatment options and making them generally more comfortable and relaxed during their time in the chair. Dr. Flynn also believes in making high-quality dentistry accessible to everyone. He knows that busy work and school schedules make it difficult to see a dentist during regular office hours, which is why he operates mostly an after hours schedule to allow his patients more convenient times. When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Flynn likes to play soccer, hike, and go on adventures with his three awesome children.
