Today, October 7, 2015 I had a follow up appointment for two fillings with Dr. David Seidman, DDS, who was listed as an in-network provider for my insurance, 1199 SEIU – National Benefit Fund.
AFTER my treatment, I was informed that the doctor was an out-of-network provider and was told that I had a co-pay.
After my first visit, I did not have a co-pay leading me to further believe that he was an in-network provider. I also have printouts from Zoc Doc proving that it stated that he an in-network provider.
Had I known this prior to my visit, I would have NEVER went to this doctor for my treatment.
The office should inform their clients before a treatment that they are out-of-network especially when the website used to book such appointments has information TO THE CONTRARY!

Dr. Seidman is extremely professional and personable. The dental hygienists are thorough and gentle. On my initial visit, I had a full cleaning, x-rays, and digital pictures of my teeth. Dr. Seidman used the x-rays and pictures to show me exactly where I needed fillings and the cause of the fillings. In my subsequent visit for the fillings, I had 3 done and didn't feel a thing. I was able to go to work right afterwards and eat within hours. I highly recommend Dr. Seidman.

Dr. Seidman is, by far, one of the most progressive, experienced professionals I've ever visited. T
He is thorough, takes you through any and all explanations regarding the health of your teeth and gums. He is patient, kind and always calm even when I had the worst and most painful infection that he treated quickly and effectively. The infection was caused by a past dentist's treatment and I will never go to another dentist after finding Dr. Seidman. His office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are the ultimate professionals and are welcoming each visit. It's comforting when you know you are in the best possible hands. I'd recommend this office and Dr. Seidman to any and all of my friends and family if they lived in New York. Or even close by.

I live 67 miles away from Dr. Seidman, and I wouldn't even consider finding a dentist closer to home because I just don't believe that I would be as happy with the service and results from anyone other than Dr. Seidman. He's the best!!
