I did not have a good experience. First and foremost they didn’t even clean my teeth. The appointment was for a teeth cleaning and that didn’t happen but they still tried to charge me for it. The dentist didn’t even look in my mouth she took X-rays and gave me a very pricey dental plan based on what she saw on the X-ray without even looking in my mouth one time. She was more focused on how much money I could spend immediately and setting me up on a payment plan for the rest than she was about my actual dental care. And lastly she had the audacity to make very hurtful remarks about my existing crowns trying to talk me into getting new ones. I went to one of the best color labs in Texas for the crown I have it matches the best it possibly can but being a front tooth it will always be noticeably different from the other. But for a dentist, i find that very distasteful to purposely try to make your new patient feel discomfiture in their daily life just to try to make a quick buck.

I felt that the motivating push were sales and next appointments. The cleaning was uncomfortable and the dentist is LOUD. You can hear everything from the waiting room.
Nice and clean office space, however, with TV's in your room once going back.

Dr. Verma is incredible and very conscious of her patients comfort. At the slightest feeling of pain she made sure I was comfortable. She is what DDS should be caring professional and puts her patients well being as her priority.
