Was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Shiosaky. I arrived a little early but was received at my appointment time, and both Dr. Shiosaky and everyone on the staff that I encountered at the front desk and during x-rays were extremely professional and conscientious (which is exactly the things I most want to experience during a visit to the dentist!). This office was automatically assigned to me by my insurance and I decided to give them a try, and after this initial consultation and cleaning I fully intend to stay with them.

Dr. Shiosaky was incredibly kind and attentive; there seemed to be some miscommunication between ZocDoc and the office, so I ended up having to wait over an hour to be seen. One of the nurses was pretty unprofessional and it was really awkward getting my X-rays taken. Not only that, but after the X-rays had been taken, they had to be retaken by another nurse since they weren't done properly. Ultimately, I was exposed to that radiation multiple times in the same area, which less than great.

I love mission dental! As soon as I walk in I am greeted by everyone. They remember me and it always feels great to be greeted by name. i had a short wait for my cleaning. From the time I walk in to the time I walk out I feel at home. A cleaning worth smiling about!
