Dr. Laracuente has established her practice based on the motto “I will treat your children as I would treat my own”. This is something she practices every day.
Dr. Laracuente, and her awesome staff, will do everything possible to see that your child has the best dental experience possible. Melissa is the assistant who helps Dr. Laracuente with patient care, and she is wonderful with children. She is also the receptionist you will meet in our front office area and will do everything possible to see that your visit is very pleasant.

I am not all happy with front desk staffs both the dental clinic which is located at Jackson height. Had a bad experienced with those front desk staffs. Confirmation of appointment shows at 10:40am at 70-28, Broadway when I reached there on time front desk she asked me to go to 37-45,75st. When gone there front desk girls told only one kid had an appointment. Earlier I got a email saying confirmation letter for both my kids n text also. They told me appointment was 1:30pm and I need to call my insurance to sign up. I got a reminder call for this appointment atleast they should have told to sign up before itself. Front desk staffs are not helpful at all not like another dental office. Inside the clinic was very small no place to sit n wait. I won't recommend this clinic.

Changing dentists because always over an hour wait in crowded small waiting room with filthy chairs, and since they don't have after school hours I always have to child out of school only to not get seen nearly on time anyway. Not worth it.

I will try my best to never visit again. The wait time was unreasonable, and the staff seems not to care. There were multiple kids crying hysterically in the waiting room and nothing was done. It was not a good environment. I actually left before we saw the dentist (but after the cleaning) because we could wait no more. We had other commitments to make.

This was my 3 year old first time at this dentist. All of the staff members who assisted with my daughters checkup and cleaning were extremely friendly and patient and made her feel very comfortable. We saw Dr. Diaz who was also very friendly, polite and extremely informative. Very positive experience.

Our kids have seen this dentist for a few years. She's very nice and the exams are good. However the wait times are often over an hour because there's overbooking of patients. We had one of our appointments re-scheduled, then never communicated to us properly. So when we showed up the dentist had already left. This doesn't reflect well on the management of this practice.

I liked how she treated my daughter. My daughter was very worried but after she got the treatment she was happy. She liked the way the doctor handled her throughout. I wish the office was a bit more bigger because the waiting area is too congested to bring kids and wait until called. The toys in the wait area need to be taken care of as well. They need to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, treatment was good.

It was good. The office did not open until 9 AM on the dot, so we waited outside for a few minutes. The doctor wasn't there when we got there either, so we had to wait. Other than the short waits, it was great.

We saw another physician and he was amazing with my 7 year old. I would definitely recommend this office. We had to wait about 45 minutes to see the DMD because their was a difficult situation but we didn't mind one bit. Customer service is important and that was their focus.

Everyghing was super fantastic the attention, the timing to be call, the doctor's patience with my daughter, since she is only 4 years old. The only inconvenient was that not all the tool and materials to be used by the doctor were set up properly. The detal assistant was calling out for every item the doctor needed and wasn't available in the room. This delayed the procedure and prolonged the anguish of my daughter. But I would give it a second try at this office because the really know how to threat a child.
