“What a wonderful Dr.! My daughter came in with an infection and needed an extraction. My 10 year old daughter fell in love with her. She was quick and efficient as was the office. She explained everything and was very attentive, and she was able to perform on her some necessary procedures that another dentist could not achieve with my daughter. My daughter said "She is the best dentist in the world, I love coming here and I want to come back!" and for me it's a win.”

About Dr. Lauren Feldman

Dr. Feldman is passionate about ensuring that coming to the dentist is a positive experience for each patient and works with families to establish good oral health practices from an early age. She focuses on prevention and conservative approaches to dental treatment (minimally invasive dentistry). Dr. Feldman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Harvard University, where her doctoral training included two years of classes at Harvard Medical School. This experience cultivated her interest in providing dental care to medically complex patients. To further advance this knowledge, she completed her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During this time, she refined her skills in managing complex dental trauma cases and a medically diverse and anxious patient population. She is trained in oral sedation, general anesthesia, and interceptive orthodontics. Dr. Feldman did not initially realize how useful her degree would be in the field of pediatrics. She enjoys spending time with her patients and establishing long-term, trusting relationships, which she finds crucial to successful visits.
Outside of private practice, Dr. Feldman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University College of Dentistry, serving as the Postdoctoral Director for the Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry. She loves teaching the next generation of pediatric dentists. She is the recipient of a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) K02 grant for public health studies and research, as well as the coordination of interprofessional education and practice at NYU.

Dr Feldman and her staff were wonderful to my two year old daughter. She actually had fun at the appointment, and was completely comfortable. Dr Feldman was informative, fun, kind and extremely professional. Very happy we found her.

Prior to coming to DR Feldman. My son Zach always needed to be held down or sedated for a regular dental visit. Now after seeing DR. feldman he no longer has dental fear. She's super gentle and nice. He has fun when he visits now. Great Dentist

We are very glad meeting Dr. Feldman! Change dentist for a kid is always stressful, but Dr. Feldman made us feel comfortable right away with her friendly smile (behind the mask) and her knowledge! Brought my 15 month old in to see her and she was wonderful with my daughter. She really took her time asked lots of questions and was gentle with my toddler. She really treated my toddler well and didn’t lose any patience as my daughter was trying explore the whole office. Covid 19 guidelines were being enforced and I felt incredibly safe.

Dr. Feldman was excellent. She is a natural with children and incredibly informative to both parent and child. She provided my son with information on the procedure she was doing along the way and answered any questions his father and I had and didn't mind that we were in the room at the same time :) (helicopter parents).
We're looking forward to having her take care of all his dental needs going forward. I'd highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist.
