“At a new patient appointment, Dr. Espinoza had studied my (fresh, taken at the appointment) x-rays in detail, was friendly but professional, listened to and discussed in detail my current dental care protocol and suggested some quite reasonable modifications, and left me feeling I was in good hands. I could have wished for a shorter wait between x-rays and the meeting with Dr. Espinoza, but (as noted) he took time to review my x-rays in advance. Booking my next appointments was straightforward, and the treatment plan for a crown replacement was clearly explained. There were some upgrades in the treatment plan that I might have questioned, but I appreciate that Delta PPO dentists may sometimes need to upsell a bit to compensate for Delta's rather minimal rates, and the upgrades were reasonably priced.”

“I was nervously needing to select a new dentist. I researched many dentist profiles and reviews and Dr. Espinosa stood out. I was able to get an appointment about a week out. I had communication with the office staff who were so friendly and helpful. Arriving at my appointment late because I was at the wrong office building. Again contacting the office explaining my tardiness, Sophia was so sweet, providing details of the appearance of the building. Final arriving at the right building feeling humbled by my mistake, I completed the paperwork and got right in. Becca took me to the room and got the details for my visit. Dr. Espinoza came in and did his dentist thing. After a thorough exam and reviewing the x-rays he explained the proposed treatment plan in a comprehensive way I could understand. I was completely comfortable with the plan and the selection of my new dentist. I am so glad to find a caring dentist that I am completely comfortable with.”

I had a good experience overall. I was honestly kind of shocked at how much whiter my teeth looked after my cleaning. I was treated kindly, and overheard the dentist explaining some very in depth issues with another patient. Seemed like a good dentist from what I overheard. My appointment was very straightforward, so I spent most of my time with the hygienist. She was kind and thorough (Marguerite). Good listener.
