About Dr. Dwayne Bodie
Dr. Bodie graduated from high school in Harlem. He later earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, now called Rutgers. He furthered his training with an implant and cosmetic oriented general practice residency at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Dr. Bodie has kept up-to-date on many continuing education classes, including courses in Invisalign and veneers, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. When not in his offices in Nyack, Dr. Bodie can be found helping preserve America’s fighting strength as a Major in the NY Army National Guard.

i have really bad anxiety with dentists For the 1st time in over 15 years I had an amazing experience. The dental assistant was extremely supportive, comforting, explained everything thoroughly that was going to take place, friendly and so accommodating it was the best experience. Ellie definitely lowered my anxiety levels. Dr. Bodie was not only friendly but patient kind gentle and thorough with everything that was going to take place. Dr. Bodie also was aware of my anxiety and accommodated my anxiety in which also made me feel more comfortable with my situation. I will definitely continue dentistry care will Dr. Bodie..Highly Recommend his dentistry services.

This office has state of the art equipment. The staff makes you feel like family, they always have smile on their faces. I needed a cleaning and they were booked. While I was getting xrays the receptionist came in and told me they had a cancelation and I was able to get a cleaning the next day.

My procedure went well and I’m going back for another visit. I appreciate that his office staff is clear and direct about expenses up front. Dr. Bodie works quickly, effectively and painlessly. Switching from the dental spa to see Dr. Bodie permanently.

I had a wonderful experience at this dentist's office. Everyone was friendly, and the level of care was exceptional. I was offered multiple options to make my visit more comfortable, including a massaging chair while I received dental work and a headset to listen to music. Dr. Bodie had an uplifting attitude and did an excellent job! I also want to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Carolin. She was lovely, and I had a great conversation with her during my visit.

The Doctors assistant did much and spent quality time being I was a new patient with an issue that needed immediate care that could not be done in the good doctors office.
I did see him very briefly …Perhaps next time after I resolve this issue I’ll go back and adhere to more sound advice with care.

The office has a very welcoming presence. The office also has pictures of the dentist’s work on the wall.The before and after pictures are a great representation of his work. The staff is very knowledgeable.
The technology used to capture images of my teeth was impressive. The images of my x-rays were very clear. The dentist explained all the images. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. I was pleased with my first visit .

The dentist office was great. Very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bodie was concerned about my pain when pulling my wisdom tooth. The process was faster than I thought it would be and I was able to find parking in front of the office.

Geet by office staff by name. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk with. Once in treatment room which is bright and cheery. Was made comfortable in seat which has a massage for shoulders that runs while in the seat. Dr and his assistant makes you feel comfortable while being worked on.

Dr. Bodie is amazing!! I’ve been going to him for almost 1 year for Invisalign treatment and he has been very thorough and patient with all of my dental needs/concerns. The office staff are also all very friendly and nice. Highly recommend!!

I love Dr. Bodie’s work, space, efficiency and disposition. He uses top of the line equipment and technology, keeps his tools and space immaculate and finds a balance between being efficient yet still answering questions and engaging in conversations. Dr. Bodie has a good sense of humor and has empahy for his patients.

Great experience! Staff is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond . Cleaning was thorough but gentle. Filling was done pain-free, fast and my tooth feels great now. The office uses latest technologies to make the experience most enjoyably, such as face and chair massages while being treated.

My visit with Doctor Dwayne was extremely welcoming.
He was quite informative reguarding my current dental health standings which I feel I did not receive upon recent visits to other local Dental practices in the Rockland County area.
The staff was very polite and supportive from the receptionist to his dental assistant.
The service was extremely prompt and I departed feeling revitalized and refresh!

Just horrible! I set up an Appt with zoc doc and when getting there they say my name wasn't on the computer, but I was seen do to the fact I was already there. Before leaving I set another Appt for something else. I missed the Appt do to an emergency & called to set up another one and this is where the problems begin. One of the woman from the front desk ask my name on the phone and I pacifically told her and what it was for. She gave me a date and time. Another woman called few days later and asked to set an Appt and I said I already did and few hours later she called again and asked because she didn't see my name (again). Today 2/21/2017 I go in and not a surprise they actually set an Appt for me, but to see a FOOT doctor when my Appt was for a DENTIST. The woman who set the Appt calls the other front desk clerk that wasn't in and claims there was a "confusion". Confusion? I never been there only once for a cleaning through zoc and already there is confusion. She then asked to set another. I refused do to lack of intelligence of this facility and professionalism. Never again.
