The entire staff was very personable,pleasant and very professional. The doctors bed side manner was very impressive. I was very pleased with my visit and have decided to become a permanent patient to the office;my children will be seen there as well,as they are very family friendly. It’s an intimate experience because the office is small(in a good way)and there’s no long wait time. Keep up the great work team!!!

I had to have an emergency root canal done for an abscess. Dr Carlos Garcia explained me everything and made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain the whole time of the procedure. It was the first time I went into the office but I highly recommend it.

Good overall. But different dentists at different times and they did not care much for my pain sensitivity. And gave me a wrong mold for the filling that had made me come back for an adjustment that caused more pain.

I had my doubts about Dr. Franco because the first day I was there (a Monday) she had too many patients and I felt that she did not take enough time with me. My anesthesia did not work and the doctor tried to work on it but it was impossible. She sent me home and I came back two days later. This time, there were less people and after I talked to Dr. Franco she put my concerns to rest. I had a root canal on a molar done in less then one hour which is great if you have a hard time opening you mouth for a long periods of time. My mom also got some procedures done and we are both very pleased with the quality-pricing ratio. I would recommend Dr. Franco.

A little harsh on the cleaning but it might be me having dirty teeth. Everything was on time and very professional. Insurance was taken care of beforehand and they filled me in on what was covered and what was not.
