Good experience overall. Place looked clean and had good COVID-related safety measures, and even though the male receptionist who checked me in and out was not particularly inviting, the hygienist Patricia was great and made me feel comfortable right away. She was knowledgeable and gentle (kept checking in on me to make sure I was not in pain). I just wish they had something else than Fox Chanel playing on their screens... My first impression of Dr. Eliana Anderson was also positive. I wasn’t able to get a clear answer regarding the difference between custom-made night guards and the ones you buy in store (I’ll have to google that) but I appreciated her approach to my dental issues (not as invasive as others dentists) and her excellent advice regarding the use of waterpik for flossing.

Dr. Anderson is passionate about her work and providing the best quality care to her patients. What she loves is to return smiles to patients. She was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She attended Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, where she graduated in 2006 and received her DDS degree.
Dr. Anderson encourages herself to improve every day. Because of that reason, she received a special training for 2 years at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Connecticut. During her professional life, she was trained in many aspects of dentistry. She loves to see kids, also she was specially trained in Communities Health Center, where she learned and developed caring and compassionate care.
In her free time, Dr. Anderson loves to spend time with her husband, Joshua, and their kids, Nicholas and Ian. She enjoys to bake and decorate cakes, to spoil her family with delicious desserts.

It was ok. Had to go back multiple times before finally getting it right. My cleaning was not necessary thorough as other dentist offices. I feel like it was rushed. Also the dentist was seeing multiple patients, so your appointment takes longer expected.

While I didn't see Eliana, I did see many of her wonderful team. I had extreme pain and the staff took their time to understand my problem. I was impressed with how clean the office was and how everyone was able to work efficiently following COVID CDC guidelines.

A few days before my appointment, they called to change the time and also told me they would not take my insurance anymore at the end of this month. Fine - I figured at least I could get in a cleaning and deal with finding another dentist covered by my insurance later. I arranged child care and went for this appointment on a Saturday. They took x-rays and the dentist looked in my mouth for about 20 seconds. By the way, Dr. Eliana Anderson did not see me; it was Dr. Joshua Anderson. He said I didn't have any cavities + in fact, I've never had a cavity. An hour after my original appointment time, the hygenist comes in and tells me that they can't do a regular cleaning. Instead, they needed to do a special two-part deep cleaning that would not be covered by my insurance. I asked if they could do a regular cleaning for me because a) it would be hard for me to arrange child care for multiple visits, b) they won't be taking my insurance anymore in a couple of weeks, c) I've never had dental problems so I didn't understand why this was necessary. Ultimately, they would not give me a regular cleaning and I left without getting my teeth cleaned at all. At least they provided me a copy of my xrays so I can take them somewhere else. It was a very bad experience and a massive waste of time.

I really appreciated the experience I had here. The staff are friendly and professional. The equipment and rooms are up to date, clean, and I felt comfortable about everything. They were transparent with me about what needed to be done, showed me pictures of where issues were, it was quite refreshing. I hate going to the dentist, but this was a positive experience. I just wish they could make it not smell like a dentist office, because I hate that smell.

It was wonderful! I enjoyed the facility and thought it was really cool they took pictures and let me see before they got started. They went over how my insurance worked and what they covered and such. Even though I am not the biggest fan of the dentist it was a pleasant visit today

A trip to the dentist is something people don't look forward to, my experience here was great. The professionalism of the dentist and hygienist were top notch. Both explained in detail what they were doing and what they saw. The technology used made it easy to understand, as they take pictures and show you your teeth with color pictures and not just x-rays. I look forward to seeing my new dentist regularly!

We visited this dentist today and in would have to say it was the worst experience ever. Once we refused to pay the up charges that when the experience went down hill. They extracted a tooth and refused to give me any kind of antibiotics or pain medication when they showed us how infected the area was and you could see that my face was swollen. I think they did this because they wanted me to suffer. My husband went to the dentist last year and had the same thing done and he was given antibiotics and pain medication. I am in severe pain right now crying!! Why would they do this to me!!! Never go here!!

My first time as a new client atbDr.Cordova was very professional and she has a very njce welcoming team. They are very irgabized and clean but the only downside is that they do not do paoyment plans so if you nedd sometbing done be prepared to at least oay half! But overall I would higly reccomend this office ????
