About Dr. Elizabeth Padilla
I was born and raised in Western Washington, living in the valley until I was 19. When I met my husband, who was active duty in the US Air Force, he promptly whisked me off to travel the world. We’ve been stationed all over, including Germany, Hawaii, and throughout the United States. After he fulfilled his Air Force career and neared retirement, we decided to return home to Washington to raise our family. We moved back in 2000, bought our family home, and have been blessed to raise our three children here. Now, we have the joy of watching our grandchildren grow up in the same place. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time together doing various activities—whether it’s a quiet, sunny afternoon barbecuing in the backyard, traveling to sunny Florida to visit Mickey Mouse, or camping at beautiful campgrounds across the Pacific Northwest. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from A.T. Still University, which has equipped me to provide compassionate, comprehensive dental care to my community.

The experience was awesome from start to finish. My first call to schedule was greeted by a receptionist who went above and beyond to fit me in. My first appointment was right on schedule and the hygienist was experienced, thorough and personable. She made me feel welcome. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I truly enjoyed my time with her. The doctor was friendly and not in a hurry. She took the time to listen to me and gave me multiple solutions that would work best for my insurance. Lastly, their representative was flawless with the insurance portion. She handled everything with my insurance company, explained in detail what was covered and what my payment portion would be. I like not having any surprises with the billing issue.

I am usually very anxious at the dentist but the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it and explained what they saw after. I really appreciated how much they communicated with me through out. Everyone was very friendly and it was very easy.

Let me start this off by saying I'm a long winded 30 year old autistic person with sensory issues and severe social anxiety. On top of that, i WAS terrified of the dentist. I went 12 years after my last traumatic visit at a free clinic. My fear got so bad i couldnt even drive my wife to the dentist. In therapy I actively worked on that fear because i had 2 infected teeth, cavities and a big build up nasty stuff and I was in alot of pain and on basically a liquid diet.
i called over 120 dentists to try and explain and none made me feel like i was their priority. That i would be the difficult autistic patient and essentially made me feel like i should go elsewhere.
But it was one single call to simply smiles and Dr Padilla and her staff that not only got me in the chair the following week, but made me feel like my sensory experience was the only priority (I mean, good dental health and treatment was priority but you know what I mean.)
The first visit, i was terrified by default but the second i got in the chair, they made me feel so much better i actually got in trouble for talking to staff too much lol. I left with a huge smile on my face.
We formed a gameplan and I started out sedated, with sensory tools, and a ride home and now, i havent needed the meds or tools the last few visits and im considering not using gas the next visit. That's how good they are. They make me feel like I can conquer the world. Getting my teeth fixed was my everest and they made it a mole hill instead.
This entire experience I never felt unheard or unaccomodated. Any person who needs a dentist who is gentle, calm, direct and hosts an environment of growth, kindness, excellence and accommodation should atleast give them a call. Dawn at the front desk is a blessing. She is so caring and kind and does an amazing job. She'll make sure you wont forget your appointment.
I cant recommended them enough. I smile so much more every day now. I eat better, enjoy things I haven't in years but also my health is better than its ever been.

Very friendly staff, the doctor was exceptional and was able to identify what needed to be done and checked their findings several times to make sure. The procedure plan they came up with was considerate and flexible. Some of the best medical care I’ve seen and had in my life!

I made the appointment for "teeth cleaning" which did not happen. I realize I was a new patient, but someone should have informed me that I would not be getting my teeth cleaned !
I was at the appointment for over an hour and only had x-rays and an exam by the dentist.
