1 STAR! DONT RECOMMEND!
The doctor left two stitches in my month, I went back to the office and he couldn’t find the left stitch. I pulled the stitch out myself at home. The staff are unprofessional too. They informed me the insurance company denied the claim and asked me to pay FULL amount. After me calling the insurance company, it turned out the insurance company never received the claim.

Dr. Ostro was AMAZING, he is really friendly, extremely caring, and compassionate. I feel self-conscious about my teeth but he was really kind and made sure I was 100% comfortable at all times. I highly recommend visiting his office!

Had I known how bearable (or shall we say almost painless) this wisdom tooth extraction would be, I definitely wouldn't have put it off for more than four years.
Dr. Ostro was so skillful that I didn't feel a thing during the extraction-so much so that I didn't even know when the tooth was pulled.
I also want to give a special shout out to the receptionist, Yvette, who was friendly and helpful with all my pre-appointment questions.

Dental surgery is never enjoyable, but I did find Dr. Ostro and his assistant, Teresa, to be thoroughly professional and fully informative.With the help of nitrous oxide, the operation itself was relatively painless and Dr. Ostro's efficiency as a surgeon is excellent.bbb

Dr. Ostro and his staff are extremely warm, friendly, and make the experience feel very comfortable and easy. Just had a wisdom tooth removed and felt no pain, and I feel great afterwards as well. Was in and out of the office in less than an hour. I highly recommend that you go with Dr. Ostro if you need oral surgery, I had a great experience!

Dr. Ostro is a great dentist. He is so knowledgeable and fixed a botched job from another dentist. He had great bedside manner and explained what he was doing so that I could understand in layman’s terms. I had a tooth pain and didn’t know what the cause was and he found it by tapping my teeth and feeling my reactions. Any way, I really admire Dr. O and I actually look forward to going back!! I also love the coffee and water in the waiting area. It’s a nice touch!!
The only room for improvement is the professionalism with the rest of the staff. I would appreciate a more professional conversation and calming environment when going to a dentist in this neighborhood.
