About Dr. Elsa Wong
Dr. Elsa Wong earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2004. She completed three years of specialty training in prosthodontics and a two-year fellowship in implant dentistry, all at the same institution. Dr. Wong currently serves as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at NYU. She also maintains a private practice specializing in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
Dr. Wong's article, "Surgical training for prosthodontists: trend or future mandate?" was published in the fall 2009 issue of the ACP Messenger, the news source for members of the American College of Prosthodontists. She was also featured as a "Young Star" in the same issue.

It's safe to assume since I'm writing a review, I had an extremely polarized experience. I did, and it has been only positive. I've lived with extremely chipped and thinned front teeth - actually the front 6 teeth - for years, and have tried a number of general dentistry solutions. I finally asked my concierge doctor service (Sollis Health) for cosmetic dentist referrals. Of the referrals 3 consulted, Dr. Wong was by far the most strategic in her approach, created a solution personalized to my needs (and fears), explained and reexplained the process, and continues to provided EXCEPTIONAL work. The other consults felt much too 'Hollywood smile', whereas she has been able to create a solution that feels like my natural smile, but So Much Better (which is what I was hoping for). Her team is an absolute pleasure to be around and I could not recommended more highly.

After multiple failed attempts at finding a trustworthy dentist in the city, I was recommended by my periodontist to see Dr Wong for some teeth alignment problems. She is pleasant, informative, and above all - professional with a work of art! Clean environment and cordial staff.

My tooth was in great pain.... I wanted it out. The office staff went out of their way to accommodate my situation. When I saw Dr. Wong, she saved my tooth with root canal and a porcelain cap. If it wasn't for her professionalism, I would have lost my tooth. I appreciated her great judgment and care. She is not invasive, and she only performs procedures that are strictly necessary.

Great experience! First time here for a cleaning. I feel the dental exam and cleaning were thorough. I felt very comfortable as she gave me an overview of my dental health and answered any questions I had. Office staff were very nice as well. Will be back to start my invisalign treatment in two weeks. Highly recommend!

Ewww. Horrible, what a rude evil person. The assistant had the worst attitude, so did Elsa Wong, I had to use my own glasses since they did not have any tinted shades, Horrible experience I think she damaged my enamel. So rushed, careless she closed my mouth with her fingers when she said close, she such a terrible person she really she not be working with people she clearly hates her job.

I've been going to Dr Wong for years and even crossed boroughs to see her during this pandemic. She's thorough, direct, takes the time to explain everything you need to know, and makes novocaine shots almost painless with the care she takes to administer them. Her staff is great as well, Raquel and Genna are both lovely people.

Extraordinary experience, Dr.Wong’s staff was attentive and friendly. The office was the height of safety, with a plethora of extra Covid related measures in place, I felt very well looked after. Dr. Wong personally saw to my cleaning and my consultation for future care was clear and well reasoned.

Genuinely best possible experience ever. Dr. Wong has fixed so many other dentists in the city have messed up and she is never judgmental. My bite is back to normal with some new caps. Beautiful front porcelain veneers.
