“Dr. Chen was phenomenal! All around welcoming, comforting, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have been a patient of Grand Dentistry for about 4 years. I have always had positive experiences, however, this was my first time with Dr. Chen. In a world with so much going on all around us, and being the last patient of the day, it would have been easy and understandable to have a negative attitude, rush the services, etc. However, from the moment I walked in, the nurse who assisted Dr. Chen and Dr. Chen were a breath of fresh air and truly appreciated. They gave the experience the extra touch and I would recommend to anyone.”

Saw Dr. Chen. She was great! I did not have to wait at my first visit. Just filled out forms and began treatment. Very professional. I enjoyed the TVs on the ceiling.

I was nervous cause it was my first time going to a dentist in this city. I was in a lot of pain and wasn't sure how serious was my problem. The efficiency and professionalism was incredible, and they patiently answered all my questions. I'm recommending this dentist/place to all my friends.

This was one of the best dentists I’ve been too. They were on time, attentive, super nice, had tv’s above the chairs and gave me and electric toothbrush when I left. Loved them!

Dr Chen cleans my teeth and she is awesome. A few of my previous experiences with other doctors feel a little bit pain on gum but she took it carefully and no pain at all!!!

This was a great appointment. I was really nervous going in as someone who is generally anxious about dentists, but both my dental hygienist and Dr. McLean were superb. Really nice, explained everything they were doing, and I felt very safe in their hands.

As someone who took an embarrassing amount of time off between dental appointments, it was nice how Dr. McLean and his team were understanding and kind about it.
I was also very happy to note that there wasn't any attempts to up sell or convince me to undergo unnecessary procedures. They professionally and amicably treated my for the cleaning and check-up I had come in for - nothing else!

Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but with this practice, I actually manage to go twice a year. There is never wait time, they are very thorough and knowledgeable. No money making unnecessary treatments!

I unexpectedly had another appoint right after this one and let them know as I walked in - they were SO accommodating and so quick about getting me in and on my way. Loved both my hygenist and Dr McLean!

Was seen right away, my total appointment took leas than an hour. Thr hygienest was efficient and knowledgeable, and Dr. McLean had great bedside manner and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and talk about my concerns. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Very thorough and considerate. I had concerns about getting a filling and Dr. McLean removed all of the concerns. I did my research online about proper practices. Dr. McLean did everything suggested such as the pre numbing gel. The assistant was great too. they hardly communicated they were so in sync. I highly recommend this dentist.
