About Dr. Eric Poznyansky
Dr. Eric Poznyansky, DDS, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University. He is an active faculty member and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU College of Dentistry's Advanced Program for International Dentists in Comprehensive Dentistry, which teaches practicing dentists worldwide basic and advanced surgical and prosthodontic techniques in implant dentistry. Dr. Eric also serves as the director of a dental clinic in White Plains, NY, where he practices implant and general dentistry. His goal is to help patients with everyday dental care while excelling in more challenging full mouth rehabilitation.

1) On three separate occasions I called to make an appointment or scheduled it in person, regardless, when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment and I must be mistaken. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
2) After Dr. Ardalan Esakarian filled my cavities one of them fell out completely after 6 weeks
3) I have lasting numbing effects in my jaw and lip from the anesthesia performed by Dr. Ardalan Esakarian
4) Dr. Eric Poznyansky was extremely condescending, inconsiderate, and dismissive to my concerns. Repeatedly called me argumentative while persistently asking me questions. And refused to treat me.
5) They did not complete the job they were paid to do. (Still left with multiple unfilled cavities including the one that fell out)

Superficially friendly and efficient. The staff was not rude but they felt a little cold. I'm not sure if it's a language thing or cultural. Also felt a little bit of an up-sale mentality.
