About Dr. Farah Ahmad

Farah Ahmad, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist who heads up the team at Smile Dental Clinic in Falls Church and Herndon, Virginia. There, she serves the varied oral health needs of patients from the local community and surrounding areas, specializing in cosmetic and family dentistry. Dr. Ahmad graduated from New York University’s College of Dentistry in 1993 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Then, in 1994, she began her professional career when she opened Smile Dental Clinic. Since its opening, she has helped provide patients with the highest quality of dental care. That has always meant staying up to date with the most cutting-edge technology in the field. Dr. Ahmad is certified in CAD/CAM technology, placing implants with Hiossen, and providing Invisalign® treatment. She also completed a comprehensive post-graduate program in orthodontics in 2007 with the United States Dental Institute. She now leads a team of highly trained dental professionals and currently partners with her daughter, Saira Ahmad, DDS. Dr. Ahmad is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the United States Dental Institute. In her spare time, Dr. Farah Ahmad enjoys spending as much quality time with her family as possible.

Most relevant

I initially made an appointment online and when I called them they had no prior knowledge of my 9:00am appt and I was told Saturday as a busy day and to call back during Mon-Fri. Thankfully, I was able to call another provider and get fit in for the same day for an urgent appt. The provider or whomever needs to block off the schedule if appointments are not being taken that day and not falsely advertise them.
