“I an scared to go to the dentist! The staff from the time I walked in and left were awesome. Very friendly and professional. I've gone to many dentist but I think I have found my last one that I'll be sticking with. My Mom sees Dr Kamara also which is the reason I decided to go to Benbrook dental. A long with their late hours and open on Saturdays. Thank you Dr Kamara and staff looking forward to a beautiful smile again”

“They were great with my 5 year old. All the assistants and the dentist were wonderful and when asked questions she explained everything! Loved going there. If you go on the website and read about the children's area it is a small area with just a few things to play with. So you might want to bring things on your own just in case. If there's more than a couple of kids it might be hard for them to play. My wait was no time however and the staff was very gracious. ”

Bedside conversation between dental assistant and dr was not appropriate. From the conversation I discovered that the assistant had some personal problems going on. The dr was questioning the assistant if she should be there or not. When the dr was out of the room the assistant was even less attentive. The time in the chair with only the assistant seemed to long and numerous. If I wanted suction during that time I had to ask.
I'm nervous at the dentist and have sensitive teeth. I requested gas, which was extra and may be normal?? However, midway through the procedure the conversation between the assistant and the dr suggested that the tank was out. The dr told the assistant not to worry about it. Once again, it maybe normal procedure to stop the gas mid way. But I was not made aware what they were doing.
I think the two of them thought that being under the influence of the gas meant that I was not aware of my surroundings, but they were wrong.
