**Please be advised that we are only in network with Delta Dental commercial PPO plans and Metlife PPO plans. We still provide services with out of network benefits for all other insurances, however please note that if you are out of network, your copays WILL be higher.**

Dr. Geeta Pirouznia graduated from the University of Utah in 1987 and the prestigious University of Pacific in San Francisco in 1990. Since then, she has been practicing in the Bay Area, treating thousands of patients ranging in age from early childhood to their late 90’s. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, she has more than 2000 hours of advanced continuing education, she's an accredited member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Associations, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and she is an Invisalign-certified provider.
Over the years, it has been her promise to do her best to create an environment where all patients are treated with dignity and a passion for excellence.

New to the area and was looking for a good dentist that accepted my insurance. The online search provided several options and I chose Dr. Pirouznia based on excellent feedback from patients. I've had 2 procedures to date and am very pleased with the skill and compassion of Dr. Pirouznia and her staff. If she discovers issues with your teeth, she is upfront and honest about what needs to be done. This is what you need from your dentist as problems only get worse and the options to fix it diminish if not resolved in a timely manner.

I love the staff here. The doctor listens to concerns, answers all your questions and helps keep one calm. I get very anxious when visiting dentist offices, However I feel right at home here. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs treatment. The receptionist is super friendly and makes you feel like you are family.
COVID precautions are taken very seriously. Mask are worn at all times and their is plenty of hand sanitizers around to disinfect. (One of the many reasons why I will be coming back for future visits. )

Dr. Pirouznia and her team are fantastic at providing a smooth experience from start to finish. They have strict sanitization and distancing policies, keeping one patient at a time and cleaning the areas between patient visits. Unfortunately, I have had a series of bad experiences with Dr. Geeta.
Starting with the good - Dr Geeta has always been polite and friendly.
Now, the bad:
- She attends 2 patients simultaneously, so you can expect unnecessarily long consult time waiting on the dentist chair
- Anesthesia - it caused me extreme pain and headaches for 3 weeks. I am no expert, but she had performed a needle rotation movement that I had never seen before
- Crown - it is the first crown I have with a perceivable gap to my gum - which she says it is normal, even though it does not feel so. Also, the crown is noticeable gray and not matching the other teeth coloring. She says it would require further working on the tooth to make it match, so I gave up and took as it is
- Discomfort - sessions were more uncomfortable than with other dentists

Dr. Pirouznia and her staff are wonderful! They are professional, warm and friendly. I have been receiving care for my dental needs from her for approx. 20 years. Dr. Pirouznia has always treated me with the utmost respect for me and my dental needs. I travel a great distance to continue to see Dr. because she is a great dentist and her team is attentive and I am always greeted with love. Most people DON'T like visiting with their dentist but I truly look forward to my visits.

Awesome! Really great service! I haven’t seen a dentist for a while, & had a broken filling that initially required a crown but after a clean & some drilling my molar was saved with a new filling! Although some patients dread going to the dentist, I actually enjoy seeing my dentist. I've been seeing Dr. for over 15 years. I also really enjoy her office staff and assistants. They are warm, friendly and competent. When I enter the office, they treat me like an old friend and part of their dental family. I drive 2.5 hrs. to see my dentist 4 times a year and always appreciate the level of service and professionalism I receive at Dr. Pirouznia's dental practice.
