Dr. Georgia Dellas earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dellas then went on to complete a prestigious one-year Clinical Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (Formerly Known as NY Methodist Hospital) in Brooklyn, NY. While there she was awarded Resident of the Year and continued to complete a Second Residency Year as Chief Resident.
Dr. Dellas currently holds a part-time position at NYU Lutheran Family Health Centers (NYU LFHC). In her time at NYU LFHC she works as an Allied Health Staff within the School Based Health Centers offering dental treatment to children in many schools throughout NYC. Dr. Dellas also works in private practice at Bell Dental Care of Bayside, NY. Dr. Dellas is devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles. Dr. Dellas is passionate about expanding her knowledge through continuing education and study clubs. The office is devoted to providing cutting edge technology through digital radiography, computerized charting, and intra-oral cameras.

As a person who suffers severe anxiety while at the dentist, I can say I have never felt this calm in the hands of Dr. Dellas. No judgement at all, explaining every step of the way, the staff friendly and reassuring, respectful, supportive of my anxiety. Dr. Dellas kept asking if I had any questions, so did her hygienist Allie, such a great experience. I’ll be going back to her a deep cleaning and tackle 5 cavities!

Great experience overall. Staffs were very nice. The receptionist was friendly and the assistance that did my x rays was very gentle and patient. It was the least painful experience I have ever had. The office staff and the doctor were friendly, and provided overall a great service. The doctor is caring, understanding of my teeth sensitivity when working on my teeth, and she also explains everything and I would highly recommend her.

Office was unaware of my appointment. On Zocdoc it said my insurance was accepted. I called the office to confirm and they assured me it was accepted. The day of the appointment I go into the office the receptionist was unaware that I even made an appointment. However she was cordial and proceeded to take my information. When she checked my insurance it turned out I was out-of-network! Even though I called a few days beforehand and asked. It was a waste of time. I would definitely recommend making an appointment on the phone and not through Zocdoc, and having them run your insurance BEFORE you waste your time going in.

So happy to find this provider. Office was really clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and after filling out my intake paperwork I was immediately seen. Doctor did an amazing job and really listened to my concerns and history. Pleasantly surprised they offer treatment for TMJD here as well.
