About Dr. Gia Chen
Dr. Chen received her DDS degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where she was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society. While at NYU, she was accepted into the honors program in Esthetics. She also has training in Invisalign program. She also achieved honors in Fixed Prosthodontics and Implant Restorations. She served as a teaching assistant for both the Fixed Prosthodontics and General Dentistry courses. Dr. Chen also co-founded a dental outreach and community screening organization that aims to help the underserved population in homeless shelters. She also participated in Research and published her results in multiple international journals.
Following graduation from NYU, she completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Northwell Health/North Shore/LIJ University Hospital. After residency, Dr. Chen returned to NYU College of Dentistry to pursue her specialty training in Prosthodontics. She has presented her postgraduate research at the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, the national and regional American College of Prosthodontists conferences. Upon graduation, she was honored by the Department of Prosthodontics of NYU with the Kenneth Adisman Boot Award, given to the best postgraduate resident who is most likely to follow in the footsteps of her teachers.
Dr. Chen maintains an active membership in The American Dental Association, The American College of Prosthodontists, and NGS Academy of Multidisciplinary Dentistry.
During her spare time, Dr. Chen loves traveling, reading and spending time with loved ones.

I thought it was a great and productive visit. The hygienist was the best. She was gentle and worked with great precision and care. Cascada is always a great experience, with great staff. Dr. Chen was really nice and professional as well.
